What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD Coaching is a collaborative partnership between the client and the coach. Together, we explore how and where ADHD shows up in your life. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, you will learn how your brain is uniquely wired and how you can use it to get you where you want to be.
You have all the answers you need inside of you. But after years of trying to live in a world structured for non-ADHD brains, you may not trust your instincts or believe in your ability. Through questioning and curiosity, we will bring out those answers and create a plan for you to create the change you want. Everyone has strengths which are natural to them and when used, magic can happen. We explore those strengths and see how they can be used to your advantage. You've also had successes in the past, so we will often go back to them and figure out how those experiences can help you out today. Even though we will often look to past experiences for lessons learned, we will always be looking forward for change. Coaching is all about moving you forward. I know that years of living undiagnosed can bring with it a lot of baggage. Like, a lot of baggage. Isn't it time you start unpacking and setting up the life you want to live? The life that works with your brain and not against it. Let's talk and discover how coaching can help you set up the life you want to live! |
Who can ADHD Coaching help?
Anyone who is willing to deeply learn about themselves, their strengths and challenges.
Anyone who realizes that changes takes time and is ready to put in that time to improve their life. Anyone who is open to trying out different solutions and, very importantly, open to learning from the unsuccessful attempts. (Sorry perfectionists, but there are going to be unsuccessful attempts.) Anyone open to figuring out their own personal solutions. If you want to be given the answer, coaching isn't the place for you (yet!). Try some podcasts then come back if you don't find the answers you wanted. Anyone realizing that the things they "should" be doing aren't working. You want to do things the way it works for you. |
