Adults with ADHD
Do you spend time thinking about what you should be doing and how you should be doing it based on what other people say should work? How is that working out?
What if we look at things another way and identify what you actually want and then find a strategy to help you achieve it. A strategy that's right for you. Would that work better?
What are some reasons to start with ADHD Coaching?
- Exhaustion - You’ve been coping so far, but you're exhausted. You want to figure out how to make the things you want to do less exhausting.
- Disorganization - You may view yourself as disorganized - but how organized do you really need to be? Let’s figure out what types of organization your life (and your brain) need so that you can function effectively.
- Frustration - Working together we will uncover how ADHD shows up in your daily life and how it impacts you (both the ups and downs).
- Overwhelmed - ADHD brains are excellent idea generators. We love new, shiny ideas, projects and hobbies (until it all becomes too much). Coaching will help you sort through these ideas to identify what you want to do and when.
